Claims Product Details

Please submit the following documents:

1. Claim form Download Claim Form
2. Original Medical Bills
3. Original Medical certificate
4. Copy of Insured's ID Card or its beneficiary's.
5. Copy of Driving License
6. Copy of Policy
7. Copy of Death Certificate (in case of death claim)
8. Copy of Autopsy Report (in case of death claim)
9. Additional documents, if necessary

Claim Handling Process:

Payment will be made within 7 days after receiving all necessary documents for preliminary claim settlement. Additional payment will be made within 15 days after receiving additional claim documents

Please submit the following documents:

7. Copy of Insured's identity card and/or its beneficiary, if necessary

14. Copy of repair cost of damaged property to third party

Claim Handling Process:

Payment for repair cost, bodily injury, death or third party’s property damage will be made within 15 days after receiving all necessary documents.

Payment for theft claim will be made within 15 days after receiving all necessary claim documents ; or 45 days further investigation if necessary.

For medical payment and weekly payment claim, please submit the following documents:

For Permanent Disability/Dismemberment Claim, please submit the following documents:

For the procedure to submit an Extended Warranty claims with King Wai Insurance Thailand, please either contact the repairer or contact King Wai Insurance Extended Warranty Team directly.

We offer protection for vehicle against mechanical and electrical failures according to the policy coverages.

Claim Procedure:

If your vehicle has experienced a mechanical or electrical breakdown and you wish to submit a claim please proceed as follows:
- Most importantly either contact our Extended Warranty Team explaining the condition of the vehicle or take your vehicle to the closest dealer.
- Whether you contact our Extended Warranty Team or in case your vehicle is already at the repairer after a roadside breakdown and you wish to pursue a warranty claim. Please make sure you receive claim handler’s confirmation on the covered components based on your policy coverage before authorising any repairs to your vehicle.

Simple Steps For Reporting A Claim:

 
 
1. Contact KWI Extended Warranty Team at (662) 624 1028 to report the technical fault of your vehicle to the claim handle whom will then advise you on further actions or any repairer to report the technical fault of your vehicle.
 
 
 
2. In case you have to take your car to a repairer please make sure you inform our claim handler of the repairer.
 
 
 
 
3. Our Claim handler will work with the repairer to investigate the fault if found that your claim is covered according to your policy coverage we will confirm replacements of the damaged components. At the same time we would require the repairer to provide us with the fault diagnostic details along with quote for the cost of repairs.
 
 
 
4. Once all documentations were submitted to us from the repairer we will be able to swiftly review and inform the repairer of the decisions depending on the outcome of the overall fault diagnostic and your policy coverage.
 
 

Further Information:

We would require following documents in order to validate your claim and vehicle ownership according to your policy coverage.
1. Signed Claim Payment Acceptance Letter
2. Copy National ID Card
3. Repairer Documents

Please note only when all required documentations are submitted we will then be able to proceed with claim payment which will be within 5 working days from the day all documents are received.
